Welcome to our Newest Loyalty Program
The Loyalty Program is one more great bonus to our Members at Puppy Loft. It is a way to thank you on trusting us to take care of your pup and for being part of our family.
How it works: Every dollar ( $1) you spend at the store is worth 0.01 Puppy Loft Penny on your loyalty card. You can use the points to redeem free services at the store anytime, as much as you want!!! Best of all, We are pre-loading new members cards with 2.5 points. 
How do I get a Loyalty card : The Loyalty Card is a new advantage that we are offering to our members. To become a member please check our Membership page or contact our store for details.
Below you have the list of services and amount of points you will need in order to redeem each service:

HALF DAY CARE 3 points
FULL DAY CARE 4 points
GROOMING BATH 5 points
FULL GROOMING 8 points
OVERNIGHT 6 points
TRANSPORTATION 3 points
(ANYWHERE BETWEEN 11TH STREET AND 42ND STREET)

Terms and Conditions:
1- Program eligibility, the ability to earn points, and/or the ability to redeem points are each restricted to Cardholders whose Puppy Loft Membership account is linked to and are not in default or delinquent terms with Puppy Loft.
2- Cardholders will earn (1) one point for every $1 in net purchases made on their Loyalty Card account, rounded to the nearest whole dollar.
3- To redeem points and for all services options, Feel free to request it by writing us at contact@puppyloft.com, over the phone by calling the Puppy Loft store at 212-924 9131 or in person by presenting your Loyalty Card.
4- Points may be redeemed for services of grooming, daycare, overnight, and transportation. NOT VALID for any retail products. See store for details.
5- If Your Membership account is closed or cancelled for any reason, the loyalty card will be terminated and all points not yet redeemed are forfeited. In addition, points are forfeited at point expiration or for any violation of these terms.
6- Puppy Loft is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
7-This card may be redeemed for services at Puppy loft only and is not redeemable for cash.
8- Puppy Loft Inc. reserves the right to alter any aspect of this promotion at any time in its sole discretion.
